It is 4 bedroom house with very clean, well-maintained.

The location is not only convenient but also free from the noise in the busy streets. Two parks are 5-10 minutes walk. CBD, Adelaide Airport, Westfield Marion Shopping Centre, Brighton Beach and Glenelg Beach are within 20 minutes driving range.
