We are a young, easy-going English speaking family with homestay rooms available in our home for … international students studying at University of Western Australia and Taylors College.
We have fully furnished double bed rooms (ranging from 9 to 11 square meters, most with walk-in or built-in wardrobe) with shared bathroom for $280 per week.
Rooms include closet/walk in robe, study desk, chair, study lamp and bed.
Inclusive of utilities including wifi internet (ADSL2+), water, gas and electricity.
Meals include breakfast and dinner 7 days a week.
Shared fridge, microwave, kettle kitchenette as well as use of laundry facilities included.
An electric stove hotplate is available if you wish to prepare your own meals.
