Beautiful very large open and airy third floor apartment. Enormous windows with very green leafy outlook, like living in the tops of trees. Bedroom is huge with brand new double bed, beautiful big open airy windows, quality curtains for good nights sleep. Great block of flats, only 6 apartments very safe, neighbours are very friendly relaxed and not party animals, mostly professional creatives. 10 mins to St. Kilda beach, 20 to 25 mins to city centre, easy access to all forms of public transport. Very groovy location with fabulous community! Perfect location!
