SO WHY WOULD YOU STAY HERE??

MOST PEOPLE WE MEET ARE “TRAVELLERS” NOT TOURISTS.

They want to experience the “genuine” day to day life of ordinary people, real life events in those places they travel to. Our home is in a working class area. BUT, is surrounded by some beautiful walks and not far from some of Perth’s finest attractions.

SHOULD YOU WISH TO COOK YOUR OWN “VEGAN FOOD” WE ADD $15 PER DAY TO THE “Per Person” RATES. (NOT $15 per person if you are a couple)
Cooking in our kitchen: This was our single BIGGEST cost – we never worried about the kitchen being used multiple times a day until our own “detailed accounting” revealed a massive cost. Homestay at these prices would be unsustainable, if we continued to allow anyone to have full use of the kitchen.
A tray of “condiments” (Salt, Pepper & *cooking oil) , will be provided to help you with your cooking. – Access to our pantry is not included This is similar to a stay in a Dormitory, Apartment or Hotel, etc.. with cooking facilities. They do not supply all your needs. *Cooking oil is usually “Canola”.

As we do not use “junk oil”, you will need to supply your own, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, Sesame Oil, Rice Bran Oil, etc..

The cooking of all dead ANIMALS – or – the use of their bodily fluids, is not permitted in our home – you will need to find another homestay.

ON CONFIRMATION – we will email you our “Pick Up” website. Unlike the other two websites posted on our profile, it contains contact information, which is not permitted by “Homestay.com” we have agreed to these rules, therefore we will honour that agreement.

AIRPORT PICK UP $29.00 PER CAR (Not per person)

7. Printing and scanning facilities…

8. (LIMITED) Fuel and all running costs taking you out, picking you up, dropping you off, *IS* INCLUDED.

9. 24/7 INTERNET is included.

10. We have two Bicycles – you can use for FREE – Helmets available.

11. We have a kayak that you are free to use on “Champion Lakes” (300 Metres away)

**We MAY be able to pick you up/drop you off from/to “elsewhere”.
