I am the owner. I do have 3 Rooms availabe.For student I include study table and chest of drawers, apart from a walk-in wardrobe. I do live alone and my suburb is very quite. Public transport a short walking distance (200m). Nearest train station is Thornlie Station. Murdoch Station is short drive. I do provide drop off and pick up for students as well. Airport pickup is available with a fee.
