Hi, my house located in North Ryde close to the Macquarie Uni.
I am a Christian and I have 2 daughters 16 &12 so we look for only female tenant.
If you are coming to my house you can use clean and large room that is just renovated and fully furnished with linen. We also provide free Wifi and shared laundry with washing machine include laundry powder. And there is a separate kitchen with gas stove, microwave, fridge/freezer and cooking utensils for extra and separate entry gate as well only for tenant.
