I graduated in July 2024 with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. I am continuing my studies at ECU and plan to live in Perth long-term during my course of study.

My parents are very supportive of my decision to study in Perth. They will cover all of my expenses. They have stable and well-paying jobs—my father works in a government leadership position, and my mother is an accountant. Beyond covering rent, they provide me with RMB 20,000 (approximately AUD 4,300) per month for living and accommodation expenses. Additionally, I have personal savings of RMB 400,000 (approximately AUD 85,000) and can provide proof of funds. To demonstrate my reliability and commitment, I am willing to pay one year rent upfront and am open to a reasonable rent increase.

Lifestyle and Habits
I lead a quiet, organized lifestyle and take pride in maintaining a clean and tidy home. I do not smoke, drink, or own pets, and I have no bad habits. My hobbies include fitness, traveling, and photography. While I have no prior rental experience in Australia, I lived in a university dormitory in China for several years, where I adhered to all regulations, kept my room neat, and maintained positive relationships with my roommates.
