The apartment is situated within the grounds of a resort with lovely gardens, and overlooks one of the 4 swimming pools and the tennis court. The complex is located adjacent to the botanical gardens.
The apartment is available for up to two students at any time, with a minimum duration of stay being two weeks.
The area has lots of interesting walking, cycling and running tracks. |

My husband is Australian and I’m from Germany and have been in Australia for 7 years.
We both work full time and enjoy camping trips or fishing trips on the weekends. If available the weekend activities can be joined.
We have a nice spacious Self contained 1 bedroom with ensuite available. There is a complete small kitchen including Fridge, Freezer, stove top, microwave and all necessary utensils where you can prepare and cook all the meals.
The laundry facilities are shared with us. So is the access to the pool. There is enough street parking available.
Towels, sheets, electricity and Wifi Internet are included in the charge. |

– Only an easy 8 minute walk to Kelvin Grove Village and QUT Campus. You can take the free shuttle at QUT Kelvin Grove to go to QUT Gardens Point or the city.
– Brisbane CBD is only a 20 minute walk away or you can catch a bus to the city that takes 5 minutes.
– We provide 2 x meals per day and snacks for lunch. Good quality, fresh, family style meals. Internet and utilities are included.
– We currently have a single and a shared room available. Single room is $270 per week. The shared room is at a discounted price of $250 per week.

We are looking for a homestay guest to share our beautiful home.
This would suit an international … student studying at the Sunshine Coast University, but we are open to accepting non-student homestay guests.
The room has a lock, bed and access to a desk in the office (separate room)
The bathroom would be shared with 1 other person.
There are 3 people currently residing at the house, and our chosen homestay guest would be the 4th person.
There is a granny flat downstairs at the rear of the property, that is separately rented to 2 permanent residents (detached from the main residence)
We have a beautiful open plan home surrounded by nature, but only 5-10 mins from the centre of town with plenty of places to relax, and quiet space to concentrate on study.
There is a lagoon style pool, with pool lounges and a hammock, and large balcony with plenty of tables and chairs and a big outdoor daybed.
There is also a pub-sized pool table, netflix on the main TV and unlimited internet.
We are looking ideally for someone wanting to stay long term, with 2 months as the minimum.
Happy to negotiate the rent depending on preference of meals included/not included.
We enjoy lots of different things when not working – camping, beach, surfing, swimming, watching movies, going out to eat, live music, playing board games and cards, BBQ’s, riding bicycles along the beach front, fishing, craft and art things, and spending time with family and friends.
