My home is nestled in a quiet area in modbury heights, a short walk to buses which take 25 minutes … to the CBD. I am a single father with two young children that will be with us 1 week in a fortnight and a small inside dog named Mei Mei whom is energetic but harmless and loving. You will have a good sized room and a main bathroom that is mostly to yourself (children only bath in here 1 week of the fortnight)
I Can provide Breakfast for an increased rate of $180 per week, or no meals for $160 per week.
Facilities include;
– Pool table for leisure use
– Large covered outdoor area for entertaining
– Updated Kitchen facilities including Pressure cooker/Blender
– Internet is 100Mb/s speed with unlimited downloads (bandwidth is usually not an issue but to be discussed with Host if necessary). |

There is a bus top near the house but we are happy to transport home stay students to the school in the morning and pick up in the afternoon. You will stay in our near new and beautiful six bedroom house in a sought-after family estate. You can relax yourself in the deluxe in-ground pool and spa, and elegantly frame the sunlit escarpment view. I enjoy cooking and will provide the fresh and home- made meals every day or enjoy BBQ on the level rear back yard. |

– Brisbane CBD is only a 20 minute walk away or you can catch a bus to the city that takes 5 minutes.
– We provide 2 x meals per day and snacks for lunch. Good quality, fresh, family style meals. Internet and utilities are included.
– We currently have a single and a shared room available. Single room is $270 per week. The shared room is at a discounted price of $250 per week.

We are looking for a homestay guest to share our beautiful home.
This would suit an international … student studying at the Sunshine Coast University, but we are open to accepting non-student homestay guests.
The room has a lock, bed and access to a desk in the office (separate room)
The bathroom would be shared with 1 other person.
There are 3 people currently residing at the house, and our chosen homestay guest would be the 4th person.
There is a granny flat downstairs at the rear of the property, that is separately rented to 2 permanent residents (detached from the main residence)
We have a beautiful open plan home surrounded by nature, but only 5-10 mins from the centre of town with plenty of places to relax, and quiet space to concentrate on study.
There is a lagoon style pool, with pool lounges and a hammock, and large balcony with plenty of tables and chairs and a big outdoor daybed.
There is also a pub-sized pool table, netflix on the main TV and unlimited internet.
We are looking ideally for someone wanting to stay long term, with 2 months as the minimum.
Happy to negotiate the rent depending on preference of meals included/not included.
We enjoy lots of different things when not working – camping, beach, surfing, swimming, watching movies, going out to eat, live music, playing board games and cards, BBQ’s, riding bicycles along the beach front, fishing, craft and art things, and spending time with family and friends.
